General Commercial Solutions, LLC (GCS) is a local small-business founded in 2016 and incorporated in 2020. We are headquartered in Houston, Texas and proudly operate as a 100% women-owned and MWSBE certified company. Our expertise spans two segments:
- General Contractor: We specialize in new construction and renovation projects for retail and commercial spaces. From bidding to construction and closeout, we assume full responsibility for overseeing the entire project, holding the primary contract with the owner.
- Facilities Maintenance: GCS provides comprehensive facilities maintenance services for both public and private clients. Some of our notable clients include Houston Community College, Rooms to Go Furniture, Soccer Shots, and Dogtopia.
With a dedicated team of office, administrative, operations, and project management employees, along with a network of skilled subcontractors, we ensure the successful execution of our day-to-day field work. We pride ourselves on our commitment to delivering quality workmanship and client satisfaction.
